you have to avoid junk food. The positive effects of eating healthy food of
your body. You also have to eat variety of food.

exercise:
Physical exercise is the most important part of healthy life. If you exercise regularly
,your weight will be fine. Physical Exercise can help prevent heart disease, stroke,
diabetes, and colon cancer. It can help treat depression, osteoporosis, and
high blood pressure. Physical exercise
also keeps us mentally healthy. If we want to maintain good
health ,we need to exercise regularly. You have to maintain a healthy body weight for healthy life.
Exercise prevent high blood pressure. Regular exercise help to prevent many
health problems. Physical exercise keeps vital role to keep our health sound.
Exercise helps our muscles and nerves work properly. Regular physical exercise can help you to
good sleep. Exercise
provides oxygen to your body.
Regular sleep:
Adequate sleep is essential for a healthy
life. A person needs 7-8 hour of sleep daily. Good sleeps keeps the mind well. And if the mind
is good, the body is also good. So if we want to keep our body well, we need to
sleep regularly.
Meditation:
Regular meditation is needed
to keep the body healthy.
Self-love or love yourself:
Self-love is a vital part of
living a healthy life.l You have to avoid negative self-image.
Walking:
If you want to keep your
body healthy , you have to walk regularly. Every morning and evening you need to walk for 20-40 minutes.
Avoid to negative people from your life:
You do not have need negative
minded people. Because negative people will weaken you mentally. Positive
mental health is a vital part of a healthy life. If the mind is good the body
is good. Because they are correlative.
